Return & Exchange Policy

Kindly take an unpacking/unboxing video before opening the package, without which We CANNOT accept any damages

 We check each and every product multiple times for any damages or defects before dispatching.

 We take replacement only if the product is damaged when delivered. In any such unfortunate case, you must notify us immediately by sending the us the video to connect@jewelsbylahari.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Without valid proof, we do not give refund/replacement.

 We issue replacements or refunds, whichever is feasible for us for the damage of products. A refund can only be issued in case of the unavailability of the same product.

 In case your return is accepted, you need to immediately send us the product back to our address ( courier charges need to be borne by the customer ). 

 Once the return is approved, we will send you the replacement of the same product.

 Only if the same product stock is not available, we will provide you refund, in that case the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).

We will not be able to process any return or exchange if we were not notified in the given time period.

 We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to pick up the jewellery in the courier service timings which is typically 9AM to 6PM IST. In case of person unavailability, a total of 3 attempts will be done for the courier to be delivered.

If the courier comes back even after these attempts, the customer will be notified the same & have to pay Rs.100 for package to be sent once again or we cancel the order and provide a gift coupon of the amount paid after deducting Rs.200. No refund shall be initiated for courier returns.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled for any reason.
